DETAILED PRICES

  • Price per night (low season): 125 €(Monday to Thursday) / 135€ (week-end)
  • Price per night (high season): 135 € (Monday to Thursday) / 145 € (week-end)
  • Price per week (6 nights) (low season): 725 €
  • Price per week (6 nights) (high season): 825 €

MÍNIMUM STAYS

  • Minimum stay 3 nights.
  • On holiday long weekends, minimum stay of 3-4 nights.
  • In summer, minimum 5 nights. 

CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT TIMES

  • The accommodations will be available from 17:00 (5 PM) on the day of check-in indicated and reserved. In the case of no previous rental, and by prior agreement with the property, the check-in time may be earlier.
  • Checkout is before 11:00 (11 AM) on the day agreed upon at the time of reservation. In the event of no incoming rental, and by prior agreement with the property, a late checkout may be possible.

PAYMENT METHODS

  • To formalise the reservation, we request a deposit of 25% of the total by bank transfer. The remaining balance shall be made in cash upon the receipt of keys.
  • Additional guests are not allowed without prior agreement with the owners.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event of cancellation prior to arrival, the deposit may be returned under the following conditions:

  • 100% of the deposit up to 60 days before the date of arrival.
  • 50% of the deposit between 31 and 59 days before the date of arrival.
  • In the event of a cancellation 30 days before the date of arrival, the option of changing the dates of the reservation will be offered (subject to availability) so as to not lose the deposit.
